furrowed brow

Reims – Marne – Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine

Volunteer: Several of the postcards from Marne have photographs of the Cathedral at Reims; this one shows a statue of a king, possibly one of the many French kings crowned here, who has lost an arm from his time out on the open facade, and looks as though he is furrowing his brow in confusion or consernation at the viewer.

C: see what happens when the wind changes!

D: can someone please itch my nose!
