Jess: These 2 are my favourite finds of the day, because they are quite disturbing really. They are both of a carnival that took place in Chalon-sur-Saone in 1939. On the backs of them they have been dated 23/2/39, with no other writing. Particularly disturbing is the one described as “Rally-Baby”, with adults dressed as babies (wearing scary masks), and dolls stuck on the float!
